Born in Kisumu County, Kenya with roots running deep through African music culture, Kadero's journey to the decks began in a household where early 90s house music shaped his sonic foundation. A pivotal moment came watching DJ Kid Capri and DJ Q45 on television—that vision became his North Star, crystallizing a lifelong mission to become a DJ and share that energy with others.

Now behind the mic at CLTR, Kadero is committed to curating sonic experiences that honor African heritage while speaking to diaspora communities right here in Omaha.
